The double elimination tournament will be held on Sunday, August 25th, 2019. The games will be played in the family area of the beer garden at the Paul Ogle Riverfront Park. The entry fee for each team is $30.00. The first 25 teams to register will receive commemorative t-shirts. Teams will be accepted until 1 :OOpm on Sunday but teams registering the day of the event will be charged a late fee of $20.00. Team members can be any age. Entry forms and fees can be turned in at Sheri’s Accounting Service office located at 211 W. Main Street, Vevay, Indiana. Please be sure to have the person accepting your entry enter the date and time received in the bottom right hand comer of the form as this information will be used to determine who will receive t-shirts. (Keep in mind that only the first 25 teams will receive t-shirts, so get your forms in as early as possible.)
The tournament will be played in an ongoing manner. 5 courts will be utilized for the tournament with a rolling format. At 1 :30pm, the first 10 teams will enter the courts. A tournament official will flip a coin to determine honors of being the first team to throw. The other team will be given the choice of which bag color they wish to throw. Each player will be given the opportunity to practice with the 4 bags they will be using. After each team member gets a chance to practice, their game will begin. The first team to 21 or more will be declared the winner.
